Fantastic! Review by Mary
Quality Value Price They even programmed my clickers! Rip off car shops charge 30 bucks to just program them. I had one installed previously, this was just plug and play. Fast shipping, works great. Couldn't be happier! Thank you! (Posted on 10/6/2015)

Viper 350 Plus Review by Mary
Quality Value Price The 350hv unit was not available so the shipping company changed to a 350Plus. I am very happy with it. It took about 1 1/2 days to install myself and fine tune sensitivity settings. I gave up having a warranty for installing myself, but it can be done if you can use a volt/ohm meter and understand electronics.I added the radar field disturbance detector which works great but is a little weak at the rear doors on my full size cargo van.I will eventually upgrade to top level Viper alarm to get more sensor input connections. Shipping was prompt as promised. (Posted on 9/23/2015)

the standard in low-cost but GOOD security systems Review by Linda
Quality Value Price If you're looking for high-end, look at the Clifford alarms, they are now owned by the same parent company as Viper but they do offer more user-programming options. The hardware is of comparable quality, the Cliffords just offer more features.
I have the Clifford in my sedan and the Viper in my truck. The Viper actually has a louder siren, but unlike the Clifford if I want to adjust the sensitivity of the glass breakage detector I have to take it back to the dealer whereas with the Clifford I can just do it through the remote. A tip: make sure that whoever installs your Viper puts it on "active arming" mode instead of "passive arming" which will drive you crazy because it will automatically arm the alarm every time you close all the vehicle doors.
As I understand it the higher up Viper alarms simply have added features like remote start and 2-way remotes, but you are not getting any upgraded hardware. These are still way better than the no-name cheapo alarms coming out now at Best Buy and other places. Don't cut corners on the install, it involves cutting into your car's electrical system so you want somebody who knows what they're doing. (Posted on 9/20/2015) -
