Price Value Quality The best 15" subwoofer in it's power range that I have ever had the pleasure of owning or hearing. Amazing quality, SUPER low bass. Worth every penny. I'm running 2 of these on a MB Quart Onyx series 2000w rms d-class amp and I can barely stand to sit in my truck when I turn up my bass knob to max. Search no further this sub is THE ONE!

Price Value Quality I had one of these and by far are the best subwoofer. It's alittle pricy but worth every penny had it hooked up to a 15yr old kicker amp (forget which model) and it vibed every screw and bolt loose in my ford ranger , these things are so dam great !!! That some jealous douche bag stole it outta my truck when i was at the gym .... my advice is to put locktite on every bolt you can find and put a alarm in your car if you don't have one. ... Aloha

Quality Price Value Ok so I didn't buy my Alpine Type R 15" off amizon but I did buy one a couple years ago. It bumps still to this day. With a good tune these last forever and really send the sound waves through the car, down the street, into your neighbors house. If your lucky enough to get a ported box the sound will shake your close and the panels outside the car. They are hard hitting but at the same time when you want clarity turn the bass down and it will perform beautifully. I've listened to rap metal country it all sounds good. Better sound quality in the sealed box but rap and dub step I go ported all day. Bulletproof. Great buy for the money. My highest recommendation to anyone looking for subs

Price Value Quality "I got two for my brother and they bang loud as hell in his impala.
I love Alpine Type R's they might not be the best subwoofer ever but for the price they are loud, clean, and reliable
I have four 12"" Alpine Type R's in my Cadillac so this isn't my first experience with Type R's I would take them over kicker or JL any day.
So if you want good sound with out have to drop a lot of money on crazy shit go with these"
