Must buy if you are getting a Jl amp Review by bryan
Price Value Quality I bought this to go along with my jx500/1d. Glad I did, no more digging around under the seat to adjust the bass. On the fly performance so you can adjust the bass accordingly.

Awesome Review by Helen
Price Value Quality Running this on my JL 1000/1. I love being able to boost the bass a little on weaker tracks and cut it back on heavier ones. Uses a standard phone cord for easy customization toyour car.

Works Great Review by Johnson
Price Value Quality Installed a JL Audio sub woofer in my Tacoma with a 250 watt JL amplifier. I was able to remove a switch cover where no switch exists and I installed the Bass Control right in the dash. Looks like it came from the factory. I can now soften the heavy bass when necessary. The system along with Polk door speakers is terrific.

PERFECT ADDITION Review by Smith
Price Value Quality Perfect addition to my 500/1. I have 3 JL 8's that are in a ported box. The Bass Control helps when you want a little more punch or when you desire less. Sleek design and compact, easy to install in almost any location with the "pig tail" connector, vs having to plug the cord directly into the unit.
