Quality Value Price I love stinger roadkill. in my opinion, i prefer stinger roadkill over dynamat. not only is is more inexpensive but its denser; making it better for absorbing vibrations and keeping the sound where it should be. the bulk pack is great!! i recommend getting a pair of leather palm gloves and aluminum backed tape. the roadkill is backed with aluminum which can easily cut your hands if your not wearing gloves and the aluminum tape makes for a better looking install along all the edges of the roadkill. there is zero scent to this product and adheres very well after proper prep of surface applying on. I highly recommend this product!

Quality Value Price This is a much cheaper alternative to dynamat and works even better than it. It's thick, but easy to handle in terms of cutting (use a utility blade) and very sticky so it adheres well. One thing to beware of is to ensure you do not use bare hands when pressing down on the surface as the aluminum layer you cut through is sharp and will easily slice through your fingers.
How much will you need? This has 36 squares to it. Most small to midsize cars will need about 60 squares for comprehensive coverage of all doors, trunk, quarter panels,and wheelwells - you'll need more if you want to do the floors. So you'll need to order 2 boxes. Luxury vehicles with extensive soundproofing will probably be able to get away with just 1 box though. For those with performance vehicles, realize this does add considerable weight if you start throwing in too many so use caution with the right amount of weight penalty to coverage. For those who haven't already done so, you probably want to do a speaker upgrade on your doors when you do the door panels as you'll have to take them off, it's easier to do them both at the same time.
Once installed you'll notice it right away. Vibrations will be more damped and while it wont turn your tin can vehicle into a luxury vehicle, it will be much quieter - you'll keep staring at the speedo and wondering if its reading wrong when it says 75 when your ears think its 40. Quality Value Price by far superior to most. works better then dynamat. and price is much better. very thick, very sticky, and does what its advertised to do.. good size for doing the doors on a 4 door G8!!!! i will be ordering another kit in next 3 weeks to finish my car! also love the raised logos on it.! to car audio giants PLEASE DO NOT STOP SELLING THIS!!
