Quality Value Price When I heard about JL audio I only focused on the thing that everyone asks first. Well how much are they?? Well, when they say you get what you pay for!! This product far superseded my expectations!!!! JL Audio products are amazing. I put this sub in my boat and it ROCKS!!!! I would give it 3 thumbs up but I only have two hands!!! Quality Value Price Installed them on my Mastercraft boat tower as well a High output marine amp. Great sound, great speakers and look great on my tower. Lots of compliments on looks and sound from my 2 teenage kids and all their friends, usually 5 or 6 of them every weekend. The only Con I see is that several of the silver strips on the side of the speakers have came loose and I had to super glue them back on. (Posted on 9/22/2015)

Quality Value Price Let me first state that I don't have a ton of this type of audio background (automotive or boat) so I don't have much to compare this speaker to in terms of if it is better than brand a or brand b; I can say that this sub shakes in inside of my 30' sailboat like a disco club. It takes much less power and boost than I thought it would need to get the desired effect. In fact, it can easily be given too much power, too much boom.
