Quality Price Value I have 4 of these in my 300c. They are all installed behind the back seat head rests. On an orion hcca1000.4 these things are crazy loud and can be heard clearly from a long ways away. Mids/lows are incredible compared to any 6x9 i've ever heard personally. (Posted on 10/5/2015)

Price Value Quality I have been a JL fan for quit some time. Have heard some good things about these 6x9 n just had to get me pair for the corolla. Price Value Quality Used these in a rear deck in a Honda Accord that had no rear speakers before. This greatly improved the depth of sound and I found the range of all tones to be vry nice compared to some other brands. Good detail in the instuments and voices and I have greatly enjoyed my travels due to nice details in music from the Chritmas Holiday tunes to rock, and modern country music, also. Price Value Quality I got 2 15" HCCA Orion subs in my car and i have tried about 10 different sets of 6x9 and 5x7 combos so that they don't drown out the sound and these work perfectly i am defiantly getting the 5x7 set for these if they make them and I highly recommend them to anyone having trouble with subs drowning out their mids and highs!

Price Value Quality The difference in these and the stock speakers in my '03 Accord are obvious from the weight right out of the box.
Original speakers feel about as heavy as a package of 3x5 index cards.
These are hefty. I'd say closer to a cantaloupe in weight?
Just random comparison for you.
Anyway, I've hooked up these 6x9's cause they are real easy to get at in the back of the car.
Used Metra Speaker wires adapter which hooked straight into the Honda wiring. To avoid any cutting or splicing.
Can already hear things in music I hadn't with old system.
They hit pretty good too, but not like a Sub of course. Just full rich sound when it's called for.
I want to put an amp on these. Slowly adding pieces as I go.
So far, Highly Recommend these.

Price Value Quality Good quality speakers. I was impressed as soon as I opened the box and saw how big the magnets were. They have great sound quality and provide all ranges. Even though they do have very good bass already I would still suggest a sub since it gives you a very nice ability to add bass without reducing treble. But they would still stand alone nicely.

Price Value Quality Jl audio is the way to go if you prefer prestige sound quality for a great price. I put these 2 6x9s in my 01' single cab dodge 1500 and they sound superb and we're very easy to install. I highly reccomend these speakers or anything JL audio for that matter.

Price Value Quality These 6x9's with a 400 watt RMS amp behind them pound. I had a buddy help install them, who used to be an audio installer, and he was quite impressed by their lows. The highs are spot on and I would buy them again if need be. I look forward to using more JL Audio products in my future vehicles. The price I found them for was great as well, saved 70 dollars versus other sites I had originally found them on as well. So Win, all the way around

Price Value Quality I had these speakers professionally installed as front door speakers in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee along with a front door set of 2-way JL Audio speakers and a rear JL Audio subwoofer, using a 5 channel Alpine digital amp the music sound quality is magical. If you have a good High quality sound system in your car or plan to install one then the purchase and installation of this speaker could be your answer to an excellent automotive sound system.
